INS Land Shanghai is celebrating its third anniversary with the opening of three new club spaces: Soul House, RADI, and JUMP.

Situated in Shanghai’s Fuxing Park, the multi-storey nightlife complex has steadily grown since debuting in June 2023, evolving into an “urban playground” featuring more than 20 clubs, bars, and experiential entertainment concepts on its grounds. It was voted No. 12 in DJ Mag’s Top 100 Clubs list 2026, placing it amongst the highest new entries in the poll.

The expansion has now moved beyond the original complex, with new cocktail bar Soul House opening a two-minute walk from the main INS building. Described as the bridge between dining and clubbing, the space offers an “immersive” experience combining theatre, storytelling, and a curated cocktail menu.

INS Land has also renovated its flagship electronic music venue RADI for the anniversary year, expanding its layout and upgrading interiors. The redesign is inspired by industrial design, modernist architecture, and retro-futuristic references including 1970s train stations and the German U-Bahn. Check out some photos of the renovated club below.

The third new venue, JUMP, opened at the end of April with a focus on high-energy pop music. Located on the sixth floor of INS, the space features a spring-loaded moving dancefloor, with programming aimed at younger audiences.

Reflecting on the recent milestones, Leo Liu, Partner and Head of Global Business at INS Land, shared: “We’ve achieved so much in the past year — from bringing Tomorrowland’s first China show to life in November to breaking into DJ Mag’s Top 100 Clubs list.”

“At INS Land we know young consumers want new experiences and they enjoy club hopping. This is why beyond our seven storeys and 10 night clubs we are opening new innovative experiences. Outside our three new venues there is more to come with the launch of our first escape room, a corner convenience shop, and new restaurants.”

Other venues at INS Land Shanghai include LGBT-friendly club CULTURE, underground techno venue Dirty Space, immersive arts space Oasis, and Cowboy Bebop-inspired hip-hop club La Fin.
